HeartToHearts CareApp is focused on improving Health Care for patients managing chronic or long-term illnesses. HeartToHeart’s CareApp iOS collects physiological data from Bluetooth-enabled medical devices that measure blood pressure, blood glucose. CareApp iOS transfers the readings from the medical devices to the iOS app and then uploads the data to a cloud-based HIPAA-compliant server. The readings can be viewed on the phone in the HToH CareApp.
